Setup and Training

Once you place an order with your initial payment, you will be contacted by your onboarding coordinator within 24hrs to schedule the installation and setup of The Agency Advantage software.

If you opted for the version of The Agency Advantage that is hosted in our Private Cloud, technicians will begin the process of setting up your system. This usually takes 1 -2 days.

 

A member of The Agency Advantage training Team will contact you to schedule your training session.

 

These sessions are conducted through internet conferencing to teach the users about the more advanced areas of the program. The trainers work with the agency until they are confident users.

 

The Agency Advantage Training Team continues to be available to assist you if questions arise related using The Agency Advantage in your agency.
