Setup and Training

Once you place an order with your initial payment, your installation package is shipped out via Federal Express for 2nd day delivery. If you opted for the version of The Agency Advantage that is hosted in our secure data centers, technicians there begin the process of setting up your system on our servers. This usually takes 1 -2 days.

Once you receive your Agency Advantage Quick Start Manual, you begin your training by reading four sections of the manual. As you complete a section you will take an on-line quiz to make certain you have a grasp on the foundational information you will need for your live training sessions. Each quiz is short, with twelve or fewer questions. The quiz will immediately show any questions with incorrect answers and guide you to the correct information in the manual.

Reading the manual sections and completing the quizzes can be done in two hours or less. Once you have completed the quizzes with a score of at least 80%, a member of The Agency Advantage training Team will contact you to schedule your training session. These sessions are conducted through internet conferencing software to reinforce the material in the Quick Start Guide and to teach the users about more the advanced areas of the program. The trainers work with the agency until they are confident users.

These training sessions have proven to be extremely effective in getting new agencies off to a great start with their new Agency Advantage management system.
